My friend is being abused?

I have had some bad experiences with DCF but hopefully they will actually help your friend. They probably will not come out tonight unless they feel there is an immediate danger I could be wrong but I don't think so. Unless they feel her siblings are in danger they will not take them away. Please note that there is no guarantee she will be taken away (although it sounds like this would be the best thing for your friend). You will probably be asked about your friend some and may need to provide some details but they might just ignore you. Her mother will probably be made aware of the situation so be sure your friend is safe. They will talk to her, make sure she doesn't sound like she's lying, crying might help when she is interviewed but don't make them think she's acting. Hope everything turns out ok and she stops getting hurt, no one deserves this kind of treatment.
