Does anyone know the name of this video game?

I'm trying to remember the name of an old video game that came out for the super nintendo. All I remember is that you played as a baby and went around hitting enemies with a baby rattle. When you hit them with the rattle they would inflate like a balloon that you could either ride on top of for a short time or hurl at other enemies. Does anyone know the name of the game I'm describing?
