What may i do to get custodt of my 2 youngest children who is being kept from me by my ex husband?

im a gyspy travler that dosent know any thing about law i onley went to the 2nd grade onley to learn how to read and wright i left the so called gyspy life to get away from domestic violence and mental abuse .my ex husband stalked us for 3yrs and then we got into a severe fight that lead to my arrest due to false reports made by my ex our 4 children was taken into dcf custody and my ex fled the state i was given a case plan to compleat to get our children and 2yrs into my case plan the fother then showed up with a fancy lawer and within 6mths our 2 youngest children was given to the fother a court order was put in place that i have the children every other weekend and as of today i havent saw my children in 2 years i done some investagateing on my own and found that my ex husband thomas d lovell while under dcf supervision had been involved in criminal activeity the whole time useing my sons name and info and was arrested 4 or 5 times pulling the wool over the laws eyes and mine mr lovell was just arrested march 12th for grand theift auto and other felonys as to my children they are left at their auntie and uncles while mr lovell is out breaking the law and partying i think that as a mother my children should be safely returned into my care and being their mother i belive that i have more rights to our children then a auntie or uncle please someone help me i dont know what to do or who to contact about this matter please reach me if you have any advise or legle help to offer rivasandgordon@ymail.com thank you
