Can I move out at 15?

I have a family member who will take me in but my dad wont let me go live with them. He's not going to sign over the papers. Him and I don't get along well and I've had DCF come in a few times they didn't do anything. I need to get out of this house. I was thinking about having my boyfriends mom fight for custody but I'd rather live with my aunt. Can I live with her if we go to court? My dad won't sign the papers over. I think I can prove him to be unfit because he does drugs. Will they make him take a drug test in court? I hope so. Please help. How can I get out?
