Maybe im wrong? what do you think?

ok so i have a lil girl and her dad never had an intrest in her ever since she was born, me n him lived together two monthes after she was born, in those two times i think he only paid attention to her three times n he changed her pamper once!! well after we split up he wouldnt come around and he wouldnt even buy pampers or baby clothes or nothing.. (oh but before wen we where living together i had to presuure him to buy her things he didnt buy her a carseat or a crib or a stroller... my sister n my family did all of that)so ok back in august of 2010 i let him take her for a weekend and he didnt want to give her back so i called the police and they said they couldnt do noting because he was the father, so i went to the court and filed some paper work to get her back. well he had her for two whole weekz those where the most horrible two weeks of my life! ok so i got her back but the judge gave him visitation to see her every weekend, which by the way he would only pick her up sometimes,he claimed that his work schedule was crazy i dont care about that oh n he doesnt pay child support... ok so in feb 2011 he had her and his mom takes her to the hospital supposubly she had been sick for days so i didnt let the er dr see her n his stupid mom calls dcf on me and they come to my house n call all her drs n u knw doing her job but everything was ok....now shes 16 monthes old n he contacted a lawyer wanting full cusdody because he is the more stable parent why are they doing this to me i manaage on my own i keep her fed n she has clothes n toys n everything she needs not thanks to him!! n he doesnt even call to see how she is doing or if she needs anything but he wants to take her..i cant even afford a lawyer to go with me to court what should i do.. im not a bad mom i dont smoke or drink i have 2 other kids n im pregnate!!! is that being a bad mom!!!!!! plzz give your opinion do u think he might take her from me!!!
