I need help. I need to get out of this house?

I need help. I am 15 years old and my dad and I fight a lot. He's hit me and told me that no one wants me. We've had DCF at the house 4 times now, they don't do anything. I am scared that one of these days it's gonna be taken too far. I've tried talking to my mom but she just don't listen. My dad makes it out to be like it's all my fault. We've done counciling. We've done everything. I want to do emancipation, but I'm filled with doubt and I'm only 15. I wonder if I can put myself in foster care. Please help
