I dont know what to do,anyone have any advice?or opinions?

My husband got visitation's with my step daughter back in august 2010,since we started seeing her she has had an on going head lice problem,and we have spoken to her mother about it and she dont seem like she cares to much,we have notified dcf about it and they dont seem to do much but give her advice that she dont take anyway.She dont clean her home the way she should to take care of the problem,which we have told her how,and everytime my step daughter comes over we have to clean our house from top to bottom,and were we live we have coin-op laundry so it gets expensive,we have to pay like 30 dollers just to rewash everything,and we get the lice out every weekend when shes here to.Iv'e saw bugs in my house since she started coming to our house and i just thought they were coming in from the outside,recently ive been seeing more and while my step daughter was here she had told me they were bed bugs i asked her how she knew and she said her mom had bed bugs in 09,she said that her mom said they got rid of them but then again her mother tells us that shes going to take care of the head lice to so idk what to believe.My husband says i cant blame the mother because we dont know where they came from he said that some people in a total different building from us was complaining to the office about having bed bugs.I just dont know what to do i just have a gut feeling that his ex has them and that his daughter brought them when she came to visit.Im totally freaked out and cant sleep feeling that bugs are gonna crawl all over me the way i feel right now is that i just want out of here,my husband and i have been argueing about the headlice and bedbugs,i just want him to understand how i feel,he just says go to sleep and that im over the top about it but i cant help it.My husband and i have 3 boys of our own and i have a son from a previous relationship.
