Child care assistance?

I've recently got laid off and have been looking for work. My husband and I , are barley making ends meet between, rent, food, and utilities.I need to pick up work but it's complicated b/c we can't afford child care in our state Florida (broward county)which ranges from $150.00- $200.00 per week. I'm having a hard time finding a sitter whenever interviews come up, and don't have any family near by to help. What programs are out there? I've already been denied by family central b/c I'm no longer working and it's a one year waiting list. I also tried Dcf but they claim my income is to high, which is barley paying our bills 1000.00/mth. my rent =$875.00/mth + lights $100.00/mth + food= $250.00. This doesn't even include high gas prices so please do the math.What can I do?
