Where is my cat peeing near and in my sink?

Its really disgusting but she pees on trash bags, grocery bags, and she has peed on my dinner table, and in my sink, pretty much anywhere you can think of. She seems to do the number two under coffee tables in my back living room, the bathroom and in any hidden place. She uses the bathroom everywhere but her litter box...and i make sure her liter box is always clean! I have no idea why my cat is doing this but my family says she has metal problems. When i first got her she only used the litter box, and she kept on using it till she was about 5 months old, then she stopped and decided to go anywhere she wanted to. She was a feral cat and might have been inbred, i have no idea because i rescued her on my way to Florida for vacation. I'm so confused, does anyone know why shes doing this to my home now?
