What should i do if someone called DCF on me?

Unfortunately, there really isn't much you can do. I'm sure the investigation will result in your favor, but the person who reported is a mandatory reporter. It was her job to inform DCFS of any suspicious marking that could have been abuse. I can certainly understand how upset you are, especially if you really are a good mother, but they were all just doing their jobs. If for some reason the investigation turns out unfavorably, then you most certainly will have to consult with an attorney. DCFS is one backward bureaucracy. They often leave children in the custody of abusive guardians while giving good parents hell. I'm sorry there is nothing really that you can do about them taking pictures of your daughter without your consent, except maybe file a complaint. I'd be mad as hell about it, too, but I fear you won't get any satisfaction.
