Should i replace the master or slave cylinder first on my 2000 sunfire?

My clutch is sticking to the floor in my Sunfire. It only happens when you push it all the way to the floor, and my clutch has plenty of pressure on it. I know it can be hard to tell sometimes, but what usually goes out first or more often? 2.2 liter 5 speed
