Please help! Dcf question regarding a miscarriage, has anyone ever had to report miscarriage to dcf?

I was accepted for pregnancy Medicaid but the doctor I was going to for my prenatal visits before I got a accepted doesnt accept Medicaid and I no longer have the other insurance because I am no longer working. I never went to the doctor after the miscarriage though I know I passed everything ): I'm not sure what to do if dcf does need proof, or if they will just a accept a phone call ?
