I could use some opinions?

I am a stay at home mom of 4 boys ages 10,6,3,1.I told my husband i had an appt today at 1:00 for my oldest son,my husband got mad because he had to work which he didnt fell like going in anyway because he's not feeling well and his boss was giving him a hard time.I told him it would be easier for me to have him watch the 2 little ones while i went to pick up my son from school for his appt and i also had to pick up a few things from the store also.He told me he didnt want to hear it,he said it's bad enough that his boss was giving him a hard time to begin with.He helps me on occasion when his boss calls the day off or when he has to take the weekends off for his daughter.I have always been there for him,I live in nh and every weekend i have to drive to ma to pick up my step daughter because he lost his licence,I take care of my step daughter while he has to work on a sat iv'e used most my money to drive down there in gas because there's been many occasions he hasnt had the gas to pick her up.I have to deal with my step daughter mother being lazy and sending my step daughter over my house every weekend with head lice,iv'e spoken to her about it,iv'e helped her clean her house,iv'e told her what she needs to keep doing to keep the headlice away but they seem to keep coming back,Iv'e notified dcf and the school but idk what more i can do, and where i live i have to pay to do my laundry i dont have a washer and dryer of my own so it costs me a lot of money to have to take care of that problem but i take care of it anyway.I just want someones opinion on all of this is he treating me fair?What's your opinion how everything?How wou you deal with this whole situation?
