I am seriously addicted to chocolate?

Try this.....every time you get the thought of eating chocolate think about your least favorite food.........i know its difficult to stop it all at once........you can make a chocolate schedule everyday and start decreasing the amount every three to four days..........and like getting rid of all other unwanted habits this too may take time depending on your determination.............its a very good thing that you work out everyday.........keep up the good work!
