Do you think this is child abuse?

This man is a dangerous abuser and a bully! If you can report it to the police or social services, you definitely should. Imagine if things get even more out of hand and he ends up seriously hurting them or worse...how would you feel that you said nothing? There is no excuse for this man to give his partner a black eye and to beat on a child, he is disgusting and should be thrown in prison where he hopefully will get abused by some big nasty jailbirds who won't stand for this crap!
