Can someone please answer me..please?

Can I get my two boys back if I stay at a shelter? Dcf took my two boys away from me back in Dec. bcos I was really depressed and I made a foolish mistake and cut my arm up. I go back to court in June to see if I get custody back of my two boys the problem is I'm stay'n with a guy that I've been know'n for along and my boys are not allowed around him because he failed a drug test and he won't participate in the service plan. I want to leave him and get back custody of my boys, but I've nowhere to go. I've no family here so I was wonder'n if I stayed in a shelter could I regain custody of my boys when I go back to court in June? I had my own place when I had my boys I was pay'n everythin bcos my 2 boys recieved SSI but when they were removed I lost everythng. I've been looking for a job but no success so far. So, can someone please answer me If I could get my boys back if I stayed in a shelter and get our own place afterwards. sry for ask'n the ? so many times but I'm very curious. pls no rude comments.
