Am i able to sue a pool company for the leakage of pool acid in my car?

I bought two 5 litre bottles of pool acid from my local pool shop and put them in the back of my porsche ( I DID CHECK THE LIDS AND THEY WERE TIGHT AS). The acid leeked from the bottles, not the lid and went all through the boot of my car. There is bad damage to carpet and metal work. Am i able to sew them for this
